New Fall Schedule
GROUP CLASSES EVERY SUNDAY AT 8:00AM AND 9:15AM
All classes require advance registration via email to

Please include in your email your name, desired class time and date and if
you are new to Ginastica Natural.

Drop-ins will be accommodated only if matt space allows.

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for you not be responsible for the class fee.We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified by email 24 hours prior to the class.
