About Ginastica Natural
Ginastica Natural can be practiced by people of all levels of fitness from beginners to professional athletes. This Brazilian method of training combines flexibility, strength, balance, breathing and cardio endurance. Classes are challenging and fast moving but adaptable to multiple fitness levels.

Ginastica Natural also builds strength and flexibility in areas of the body most prone to injury - hips, knees, hamstrings, glutes, back and shoulders. Athletes looking to improve their performance and reduce injuries in any sport will benefit from Ginastica Natural.

The Ginastica Natural instructional team is lead by Jay Lally and Lorinda Sullivan who are Certified Level 3 instructors under founder Professor Alvaro Romano
